My situation:
My dad died back in January. It came out of the blue, and wouldn't have come at all if he'd spoken to the doctor like he was supposed to. I only live down the valley from my parents' house, so I went straight over there and sort of haven't left. I've been working from home on and off, and then the world changed. I'm now isolating with Mum, my ex, six cats and a King Charles Spaniel called Freddie. This means that I've got a garden out in if it ever gets warm, I can take the dog out for walks on my lunch break, there's three of us to cook, and there's a whole lot of cat. On the downside, it also means slow internet and having to fight for access to the TV or time to myself to play games.
I'm still able to work from home, although it's slower than it was before. It was a very trying week. Hard to concentrate on anything work related, or anything at all really, with the world falling apart around you. I thought it was falling apart before, but this is something else entirely.
