Snuggles. Either in the story itself, or the overpowering feeling I get of wanting to snuggle something soft.

The first thing I always look for is MPreg, not sure why. I guess it seems more like an escape than the other types but if a fic has MPreg, then I read it immediately...unless it's something weird like Harry potter.

After that, I look to see whether it's fluffy or a one-shot which also makes me more inclined to read it.
