Gun training scene: Jack goes down there thinking 'work', Gwen defintily starts the flirting, I don't think Jack realises how hands-on he's being until she starts asking where he sleeps and stuff, at which point he starts wondering where she's going with this.
Amen to that! I've always thought that Jack has quite a lax concept of personal boundaries, even after 150 years in Victorian England... John Hart is even worse, so it may be a 51st century thing...
