Hello there 2011, are you going to behave?

So, I start the year with a vague plan, and it never quite works out. This time last year, my plan was to change my degree to creative writing and redo my first year - and we all know how that turned out. (If you don't, I'm halfway through my second year of my Business Management degree because they offered me the exchange place to Australia).
