End of Year LJ Meme.
First line from the first post of each month. I skipped fic headers, because they're all pretty much the same.
I didn't start using LJ properly until Spetember, as evidenced by the fact that I posted a few times every couple of months up to that point, and then every day in October. Can you say 'burnout'?
February 15th:
"If Gwen Cooper knew what she was doing, she could easily be considered one of TV's uberbitches – a woman who manipulates those around her to get what she wants, puts down her competition and makes others do the work she doesn't want to do, then makes them feel bad for doing it."
Start as we mean to go on... This was a fun post about everything I hate about Gwen, pretty much. And three paragraphs of explaining why Cyberwoman was her fault.
March 25th:
"A little bit of everything:"
I did a WIP meme. I only had 3 WIPs with postable stuff at the time, though. I never really have many more, because I finish something (chapter at least), post it and then move on to the next thing, so I have no unfinished documents that haven't been laked.
September 9th:
"Ianto had the Tourist Office door propped open to enjoy the cool sea breeze off the bay and let some natural light into the grubby office whilst he worked."
Oneshot about Ianto not speaking Welsh.
October 1st:
"Jack opened one eye at the creak of the door that was his only warning and tightened his arm, bracing Ianto."
Christmas morning with Alice and Steven
November 1st:
"Ianto woke slowly, awareness uncurling through him like syrup and leaving his limbs heavy and loose."
Anniversary fic
December 1st:
"Fantastic day!"
