19 – When you have bunnies, do you sit down and start writing right away, or do you write down the idea for further use?
I have the equivalent of a massive warehouse full of bunnies. Seriously, there are so many up there that I want to work on one day that I could start a breeding program. I think I have started a breeding program.
Because I prefer to have one project on the go at once and I like to leave them to stew for a while before I decide whether to use them or not, almost everything goes up there to kick around until they grab my attention and gain a coherent plot. Once that happens I might scribble my thoughts down in a notebook or on the computer and then leave it to stew until I have the time. Recently I've started doing bigbang challenges, so I wait until I have a suitable big bang coming up and slot it into the schedule.
