I don't get to chat with you all often enough, so this is a chat post. Pull up a chair, grab a plate from the buffet and a drink from the bar and have a natter.

Anyone following the cricket? Are England going to win this one or will the weather force a draw?

I really shouldn't, but some cakes are just too good to pass. Like Tart's Boston Cake.... Hmmmmmmmmm Boooooooooostooooooooooon caaaaaaake....

Right, so, fics... I sort of have that problem as well, I have way too many ideas in my head and can't really get into any of them properly... Maybe we need to organise a regular tea and cakes and writing moment?

Hehe, I only remember to check replies because LJ emails me, and I end up with a ton of emails I have to go through and check and reply/delete as appropriate. If I had to remember to check, it'd never happen! :)

I get it in email form, but when I've been away for a couple of days things get lost in the deluge. Or if there's something interesting happening on who_anon and my inbox fills with emails from that lol

Hehe, it does happen, yeah. Unfortunately work has me well trained to not skip emails in my inbox... Start at the bottom, work my way up...

I do the same, but when I have 200 emails something's bound to get lost. Especially as most of the time I just delete my way through anon memes and spam.
