Lol, I think it was me jinxing me.

I did get a very friendly guy who wanted to learn more about lesbian attitudes to men and sex (including wanting me to tell him alll about my sex life), who thought that I would probably be able to have sex with a man who paid me a lot of attention if I closed my eyes.

I didn't take him up on his offer, and then I managed to get my luggage and check into the luxury hotel where I spent the night :D
